Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a refund provided your order has not been shipped or picked up. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our store even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred. 

Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 72 hours from the time they are placed. Local pickup orders are typically fulfilled within 30minutes – 24hours from when the order was placed. YAMOUR can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders. 

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations requests may be sent via email and will be approved as applicable and/or a service representative will call you to discuss.

Customers are fully responsible for improperly submitted cancellations.

Cancellation fee: Please note regardless of cancellation timeframe, a small amount of transaction fee (rates varies depends on the payment method) will be deducted from the refund when the selected payment method is anything other than cash.

Delivery or Pickup Method Cancellation Timeframe
Shipping Cancel within 30 minutes from placing the order. Same day delivery orders may not be eligible to cancel within 30 minutes due to the order being shipped as soon as possible.
Local Pickup Cancel anytime. We’ll hold your items at the store for 7 days. If you don’t pick up your items by then, we’ll cancel the order. (If it is pre-paid with e-transfer, bank fee will be deducted from the refund.)
Scheduled Local Delivery To cancel your delivery, contact us via email or DM on social media one day prior to your scheduled appointment.

Backorder Cancel any time while product is still on backorder. (Cancellation fee may apply)

Promotions and Canceled Order

If canceling an item means your order is no longer eligible for a promotion or a quantity discount, however, if an item from your order is canceled by us for any reason and you have already received your promotional or discounted item, the promotion or discount will remain in effect.

Credit Card Authorization

When you place an online order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled.

If you cancel an order, the time required to remove the authorization is determined by the financial institution that issued your card. You can reach out to your financial institution for more information.
