Shipping & Return/Refund Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-72 business hours from when the order was placed. This does not take into account weekends and holidays that may delay shipping by 1-2 more business days. Local pickup orders are typically fulfilled within 30minutes - 24hours from when the order was placed.
- At this time we can only ship to one address per order. If you want to ship products to two different addresses, you must place two separate orders.
- YAMOUR beauty cannot modify orders that have been already placed, but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping Rates and Lead Time
Please note delivery times subject to change depending on shipping location, and delays may occur in the case of extreme weather or if shipping to remote areas.
Canadian Shipments:
- At this moment, all our customers will pay live discounted shipping rates that are charged by the carrier, Canada Post, directly. As we grow, we hope we can provide our customers with more competitive shipping rates, so please bare with us, and thank you for your understanding and support.
- The freight includes tracking & delivery confirmation.
* FREE domestic standard shipping: as a thank you for your support, we will pay freight at our cost on orders over CAD99 (excluding discounts and taxes)
US Shipments:
- At this moment, all our customers will pay live discounted shipping rates that are charged by the carrier, Canada Post, directly. As we grow, we hope we can provide our customers with more competitive shipping rates, so please bare with us, and thank you for your understanding and support.
- The freight includes tracking & delivery confirmation.
* FREE US standard shipping: as a thank you for your support, we will pay freight at our cost on orders over on orders over CAD 199 (excluding discounts and taxes)
Duties, Taxes + Customs Fees
YAMOUR beauty is not responsible for duties, taxes and fees. We suggest you investigate what fees, taxes and duties may be levied upon cosmetics prior to ordering.
Shipping Restrictions
- Signature required upon delivery. If receiver is not home to accept and does not pick up the package at location provided by the carrier, YAMOUR beauty will bill the customer to re-ship.
- We reserve the right to restrict, decline or refund your purchase if we deem the delivery location to be remote or reasonably inaccessible. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery to all locations.
- Due to air safety regulations, we can only ship orders containing hazardous materials (e.g. pressurized spray cans, nail polish, fragrance, etc.) via ground shipping.
Damaged Shipments
All goods leave YAMOUR beauty in good condition and YAMOUR beauty is not responsible for damages that occur in shipping and during inspection at the border. However, if you contact us about a damaged product, we will look into the matter for you promptly and do our best to resolve the issue.
If you would like us to file a claim for the damage item,
- Email us images of the damaged shipment with your shipping information, including your tracking number.
- Save all packaging (including the shipping label) and the damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
Orders with backordered/out of stock items
For orders that include backordered/out of stock products, YAMOUR beauty will ship the full order once all products are back in stock. If you’d like to request to receive your in stock products first, you will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Exchanges & Refunds/Returns
For hygienic purposes and due to the nature of the products we sell, YAMOUR Beauty does not allow refunds/returns or exchanges on any products sold on our website, social media pages, in person, or in our studio.
